DJing Coca Cola’s “Learning for Growth”

Of all the Pasadena corporate event DJs out there, Coca Cola chose DJ Track Star Staci (along side the Modern Retrospect Band) for their “Learning for Growth” employee conference at the Langham Hotel on March 1, 2023. The following write-up is based on Pasadena corporate DJ Track Star Staci’s super outline for this Langham Hotel corporate event.

 

THE LANGHAM HOTEL CORPORATE EVENT

While female corporate DJ Track Star Staci offers clients pre-curated playlists to choose from, Coca Cola wanted her to follow the band and focus on songs the band had not been playing (i.e. hip hop and Latin music). Here are the dance floor “ingredients:”

• Guest count ➔  150
• Crowd Demographics  ➔ From Europe. Ages 30s-60s. Even amount men/women.
• Take Requests ➔ yes, at this Pasadena corporate event DJ’s discretion
• Swearing ➔ keep it clean
• Line/Group Dances ➔ OK if requested

 

PASADENA CORPORATE EVENT DJ SET-UP

Coca Cola provided the sound system, stage, and table. They set-up the DJ booth behind a wall of speakers and subwoofers. There was only a partial view of the dance floor. People on the dance floor were supposed to be able to see DJ Track Star Staci projected up onto a large screen, but the angle their camera was set-up was likewise obstructed as well. Not ingredients for a rockin’ DJ party. Pasadena DJ Star Staci provided the following gear: Rane One DJ controller, laptop.
