Notes from This San Diego Bar DJ

I was delighted to be back at Gossip Grill in Hillcrest as this female-forward bar always needs San Diego female DJs. This Saturday night dance party featured Gossip Grill’s Pioneer DDJ-1000 controller known as “goldie.” It was my first time playing in front of their new LED screen. As always, I threw in some of my original remixes and mash-ups, reading the crowd, and working tirelessly to create the perfect playlist.
